The article describes the case of a sound anchor adj2 50-year-old woman diagnosed with radicular cysts in the region of the upper incisors, treated with root canal therapy.Repeat root canal treatments were performed along with apical resections and enucleation of the lesions.A two-year post-treatment follow-up revealed complete apple mtxn2ll/a bone regeneration in the periapical area.Thanks to the treatment performed, extraction in the aesthetic region was avoided, and the teeth involved in the extensive prosthetic work were preserved.
